Public Notice Regarding Replacement Reserve and Residual Receipts (HFA 204) Rulemaking

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is considering the amendment of rules related to the Replacement Reserve and Residual Receipts (HFA 204).  The Authority’s Board of Directors is expected to take action on these amendments on or after June 24, 2021. The amendment and/or adoption of these rules is expected to take effect no less than 30 days after the publication of this notice.
