Public Notice: AHF McIntosh West Apartments

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority in the Dover City Hall Auditorium, 288 Central Avenue, Dover, New Hampshire 03820 from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Monday, June 17, 2024, with respect to a proposal for financing by New Hampshire Housing Financing Authority for a project known as McIntosh West Apartments.  New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority intends to approve the use of up to $6,200,000 in Affordable Housing Fund monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be increased or decreased at the discretion of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority.  The proposed $32,000,000 project will be located at 23 Cataract Avenue, Dover, NH.  The project will create 78 apartments of general occupancy, affordable housing.  The sponsor of the proposed project is McIntosh Dover, LLC, located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.  

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, or physical delivery no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 19, 2024.
