Public Notice: AHF Avery Lane Phase II

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (“NH Housing”) in the Nashua Regional Planning Commission, 30 Temple Street, Suite 310, Nashua, New Hampshire from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, with respect to a proposal for financing by New Hampshire Housing Financing Authority for a project known as Avery Lane Phase II.  New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority intends to approve the use of up to $2,000,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing for the acquisition and construction of a 63-unit, multi-family, general occupancy, rental housing project located at 175 and 177 East Hollis Street and 50 Crown Street, Nashua, New Hampshire. The sponsor of the proposed project is Tamposi Brothers Holdings LLC, located in Hollis, New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.  

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 20th, 2024.
