Public Hearing to receive comments on the draft 2021-2022 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC)

A public hearing will be held at 10:00am on Friday, December 20, 2019, at New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (the Authority), 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford NH, in order to receive comments on the draft 2021-2022 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC). The QAP defines the process by which the Authority will allocate LIHTC’s to eligible affordable rental housing developments throughout the state of New Hampshire. Copies of the draft QAP will be available on the Authority’s website (www.nhhfa.org) prior to the hearing.
