The public hearing on the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2020 from 4:00-5:00 pm has been postponed due to the unique and evolving business situation presented by the COVID-19 crisis. The public hearing will be rescheduled for a later date.
