Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Depot & Main Project

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority  in the Media Center of Salem High School, 44 Geremonty Drive, Salem, New Hampshire 03079 at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, with respect to a proposal for financing by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project known as Depot & Main.  New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority intends to approve the use of up to $4,180,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing for the acquisition and construction of a 74-unit, multi-family, general occupancy, rental housing project located at 55 Main Street, Salem, New Hampshire. The sponsor of the proposed project is Steven Lewis Incorporated located in Atkinson, New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority  is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 3:00 p.m. on January 21, 2022.
