Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (“NH Housing”) at the Laconia Public Library, 695 Main Street, Laconia, New Hampshire from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM on December 2, 2024, with respect to a proposal for financing by NH Housing for a project known as Jameson Street Apartments. NH Housing intends to approve the use of up to $700,326 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing for the creation of three new units of permanent supportive housing located at 11 Jameson Street, Laconia, New Hampshire. The sponsor of the proposed project is Lakes Region Community Developers, located in Laconia, New Hampshire.
NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.
Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 3:30 p.m. on December 4, 2024.
