Notice of Public Hearing for 106 Roxbury Street

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at the Keene Public Library located at 60 Winter Street, Keene, New Hampshire 03431 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on June 20, 2023, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NH Housing) for a project known as 106 Roxbury Street. NH Housing intends to approve the use of $869,439 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $912,939 project will be located at 106 Roxbury Street, Keene, NH. The project will include the rehabilitation of an existing recovery home into 14 double occupancy and 2 single occupancy units for individuals in recovery. The owner of the proposed Project will be Live Free Recovery Services located in Keene, NH.

NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).  

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on June 22, 2023.
