Bedford Village Manor At Riddle Brook
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted in the McAllaster Room at the Bedford Public Library, located at 3 Meetinghouse Road, Bedford, New Hampshire from 6:00pm to 6:30pm on Monday, November 25, 2019, with respect to a proposal for financing by New Hampshire Housing Financing Authority for a project known as Bedford Village Manor at Riddle Brook. New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority intends to approve the use of up to $4,000,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing for the acquisition and construction of a 93-unit, multi-family, general occupancy, rental housing project located at Bow Lane, Bedford, New Hampshire. The sponsor of the proposed project is Anagnost Companies, located in Manchester, New Hampshire.
New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.
Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 3:00 p.m. on November 27, 2019.
