Graduation Ceremony Celebrates 2023-2024 NH Housing Homeownership Fellows; Applications Open for 2025 Class

– Program provides an in-depth exploration of local and national lending and housing issues –
Ten Granite State professionals who work with homebuyers have successfully completed the 2023-2024 New Hampshire Housing Homeownership Fellows program. This esteemed program offered participants a unique opportunity to explore the mortgage finance system and participate in workshops on housing and public policy, housing and economic development, state government issues, and New Hampshire Housing’s homeownership programs.
A highlight of the Fellows program was the visit to Washington, D.C., where the Fellows met with New Hampshire’s Congressional delegation and discussed housing issues with representatives from the National Council of State Housing Agencies, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, Mortgage Bankers Association, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and USDA Rural Development.

The Homeownership Division continues to work with a statewide network of lenders and real estate professionals to offer specialized mortgage programs that enable homebuyers to purchase or refinance a home here in the Granite State.
