The keynote speaker, Walker Wells, is the author of “Blueprint for Greening Affordable Housing.”  WALKER WELLS, AICP, LEED AP and Green Rater, EcoDistricts APm, works with cities, neighborhoods, and community development organizations to further green building and sustainable development practices. The conference will include presentations on innovative energy projects, as well as a discussion on construction efficiency standards and policy choices.
