Resident Service Coordinators
Benefits of Having a Resident Service Coordinator:
- Reduces nuisance calls to management and maintenance
- Supports residents in maintaining independence
- Enhances the overall living environment
New Hampshire Housing supports RSCs through a variety of training opportunities and quarterly RSC Roundtables. These roundtables provide a platform for sharing challenges, best practices, and solutions for effectively managing difficult resident situations. We proudly collaborate with the New Hampshire Association of Professional Service Coordinators and New England Resident Service Coordinators, Inc., both of which provide training opportunities for RSCs.
For owners and managers of New Hampshire Housing-financed or administered properties, we offer technical assistance to help establish or review an existing RSC program.
