Julie Jussif Named Chief Program Officer

Julie Jussif has been named Chief Program Officer of New Hampshire Housing, overseeing the strategic direction of the Assisted Housing, Multifamily Housing Development, and Homeownership divisions.
Ms. Jussif joined NH Housing in 2008 and has most recently held the position of Managing Director of Homeownership. During her tenure as Managing Director of Homeownership, Ms. Jussif led the team in transitioning NH Housing’s mortgage program funding back to a bond-based model achieving record-high purchase volume and helping nearly 1,100 families attain homeownership over the past year. She also oversaw the successful launch and completion of the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) program, distributing $40 million in benefits to support housing stability for over 3,000 households. Under her leadership, the Homeownership team restructured and launched new down payment assistance (DPA) programs, including the $10,000 DPA, $15,000 DPA, and the First-Generation Homebuyer program, providing $4.6 million in self-generated assistance to expand access to homeownership across the state.
Ms. Jussif has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of New Hampshire, a master’s degree in business administration, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
