Public Notice: AHF 12 Peabody Road

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (the “Authority) at the Derry Municipal Center, 14 Manning Street, Derry, New Hampshire 03038 from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. The hearing pertains to a proposal for financing by the Authority for a project known as 12 Peabody Road. New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority intends to approve the use of approximately $675,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing for the acquisition and adaptive reuse of an existing building into a 9-unit residence located at 12 Peabody Road, Derry, New Hampshire. The sponsor of the proposed project is Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire in Nashua, New Hampshire.

The Authority is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.  

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 4:30 p.m. on August 15, 2024.
