Get Help in Navigating the Path to Homeownership at the Seacoast Homebuyer Fair March 16

Looking for help in navigating the path to homeownership? The New Hampshire Housing Seacoast Homebuyer Fair on Saturday, March 16 from 10 AM – 2 PM at the Fox Run Mall in Newington will have experts available to guide prospective homebuyers through the complexities of purchasing a home.

The NH Housing Homebuyer Fair is open to the public free of charge, and offers opportunities to learn about special mortgage programs for homebuyers, including $10,000 downpayment assistance, a first-generation homebuyer program with additional downpayment assistance, low-interest rate mortgages, and the Homebuyer Tax Credit Program. More than 20 realtors, mortgage lenders, and industry professionals will be available at this free event to provide insights and guidance on the homebuying process in a pressure-free setting. There also will be in-person seminars about the homeownership process and improving credit scores to assist participants in navigating the home buying process.
