Notice of Public Hearing Regarding the 2025-2026 Qualified Allocation Plan

A public hearing will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at New Hampshire Housing, 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford NH, to receive comments on the draft 2025-2026 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC). The QAP defines the process by which New Hampshire Housing will allocate LIHTC’s to eligible affordable rental housing developments throughout the state of New Hampshire.

Copies of the draft QAP will be available on New Hampshire Housing’s website prior to the public hearing (www.nhhousing.org).
