New Hampshire Housing seeks a consultant to review and expand on studies examining the
relationship between residential development and school enrollment in New Hampshire, and to
write a report based on research and current data. A frequently cited concern of opponents of
residential development is that adding housing to a community will increase enrollment at local
public schools and also increase property taxes.
The desired end date for this project is May 2023. Cost estimates to conduct the study should
not exceed $35,000.
