NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

The New Hampshire Housing and Community Development Planning Council has developed a DRAFT Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for submission to HUD 90 days after the end of our program year which was June 30, 2022. The CAPER details all the activities undertaken by agencies that administer certain federal funds during the previous year. These funds include: HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Housing Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grant, and Emergency Solutions Grant funds received from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Council and the three agencies administering the funds, (New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Community Development Finance Authority, and the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Housing Supports) will post the 2021 CAPER on our website by Friday, September 9, 2022 for public comment before the report is submitted to HUD. The Draft CAPER is available for review at https://www.nhhfa.org/publications-data/nh-consolidated-planning-for-hud/.
