Notice of Funding Availability: Small-Scale Housing Production Pilot

The inadequate supply of affordable housing units is one of the most important issues facing the state of New Hampshire. New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NH Housing) is issuing this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to provide flexible resources to increase the number of affordable homeownership units to supplement community redevelopment or “missing middle” initiatives.

NH Housing is seeking innovative proposals from developers, property owners, municipalities and others that are facing financial barriers to fulfill their housing development objectives. These funds are not intended to enhance LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) properties or to support multi-family rental housing.
